Moorooka Giant Playdate - A free, fun-filled day for kids, families and the whole community

Join us for a free afternoon of fun, music and connection for the whole family!

Bring your friends and family, and we'll bring the rest, for a free celebration of community, creativity and connection - with something for everyone to enjoy.

  • A discussion on Building an Inclusive Future for All Our Families - to explore how we create communities where every child can thrive

This isn’t just a day of fun - it’s a chance to come together as a community, connect with your neighbors, and imagine a future where no one is left behind. Whether you’re bringing the kids, looking to meet new friends, or just want to enjoy great music and food, the Moorooka Giant Playdate is for you. Best of all, it's completely FREE!

📅 When: Sunday, 23 February, 12-5pm
📍 Where: Fleurs Street Social Exchange, 21 Clifton Street, Moorooka
🎟️ Cost: Free – Open to everyone!
Accessibility: The event will take place indoors and outside on the ground floor at the Fleurs Street Social Exchange. Indoor areas are fully accessible and include an accessible toilet. The grounds outside includes some footpaths, paved areas and a disabled parking space and dropoff point, as well as turf. There will be a BBQ lunch served from 2pm with vegan, gluten free, and halal options. There will be a low sensory room provided as well. Windows and doors will be opened to provide good airflow, and HEPA air filters will be used indoors.
